Free deliveries and returns for orders over 40 euros applies for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Free deliveries and returns for orders over 70 euros applies for Finland, 120 euros for other countries.
Ordered goods are packed within 24 hours after order submission.
Orders are shipped Mon-Fri between 15.00-18.00
International orders are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks (using postal service). In some cases the delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on the transport company and customs procedures.
In non-EU countries, customs duties and related costs may apply.
PS! Delivery times may differ during sales and campaigns (e.g. Cyber Monday, Black Friday). We’ll do our best to ship and deliver your goods as soon as possible but please allow for a longer delivery.
Marat is responsible for the ordered goods during the transportation, when the item is received, the risk of damage and/or loss of the goods is transferred to the buyer. Marat can not recall orders when they are already in transit, but Customers have a 14-day right to return the goods if they are not satisfied.
